At Meimei, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right—please review the policy below.
Returns & Eligibility
Because our products are skincare and personal care items, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
However, we will gladly help if:

Your order arrives damaged

You received the wrong item

Your package is missing items

Your order was lost in transit
Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
-
Clear photos of the product(s)

Photos of the shipping box and label (if damaged)
Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

A replacement (preferred)
-
A store credit
-
A refund (when replacement isn’t possible)
Lost Packages / Tracking Issues
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

Please check with neighbors/building staff and confirm the shipping address is correct.

If it still can’t be located, contact us within 7 days of the “delivered” scan.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we may send a replacement or provide store credit depending on the situation.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us ASAP.
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 2 hours of purchase (or before fulfillment begins). Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Processing Times
If a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the issue was our error).
Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
We’re always happy to help—please contact us first before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks may delay resolution and can result in your account being flagged for future purchases.
