Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume launches, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time (After Processing)
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Typical ranges:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs)

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, please:

  1. Check around your delivery area and with neighbors/management

  2. Contact the carrier directly to open a claim

  3. Email us and we’ll do our best to help

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage (product + packaging)

We’ll review and work with you on a replacement or resolution.

International Orders (Customs & Duties)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country. These fees are not controlled by us and are not refundable.

  • Final sale items (if marked final sale)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Refunds (If Approved)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 3–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility

  • If we made an error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we’ll make it right

Exchanges
At this time, we typically do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return an eligible item (if approved) and place a new order.
