1) Eligibility

3) Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or abuse of policies.

  • If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

4) Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Once an order is shipped, Meimei is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received

5) Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Refunds and replacements are handled according to our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

6) Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you purchase a subscription product:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency shown at checkout.

  • You can manage, skip, or cancel your subscription through your customer portal or by contacting support at contact@officialmeimei.com.

  • Subscription pricing, product availability, and shipping timing may change with notice as required by law.

7) Promotions, Discounts & Free Gifts

Promotions (including discount codes, free gifts, and bundle offers) are limited-time and may be changed or ended at any time.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • One discount code per order

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively

  • Free gifts are while supplies last and may be substituted

8) Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to restrict future purchases for accounts associated with excessive disputes, fraud, or abuse.
